To join the team in Riverhorse, Parts Incorporated Africa is looking for X2 Drivers. This position’s goal is to guarantee the safe delivery of goods to and from and to make sure that all protocols are adhered to. The chosen applicant will submit reports to the manager in question.

Minimum Requirements:

-Grade 12

-two years minimum of delivery experience

-Currently valid driver’s license with PDP

-Must be honest and show integrity

-Sober habits

-Effective communication abilities

-Capacity to function under pressure

-Good time management skills

-No criminal record

Duties:

-Inspecting of the vehicle pre-departure and return

-Every Monday, inspection lists must be returned to the dispatch supervisor for approval before a fresh list is generated. Before the car is allowed to leave the property, any errors must be reported.

-Prior to loading into the vehicle, check packages with the runner or supervisor in accordance with the New Dispatch Loading protocol.

-Completing the trip sheet and route itinerary in accordance with your assigned route and delivering the packages to the clients.

-Ensure customer adherence to the POD procedure.

-Delivering the POD together with all the paperwork and collecting slips that are assigned to your trip sheet.

-At the POD clerk, sign trip sheets and make sure all the paperwork allocated to your name is complete and returned the next day.

-You will be accountable for any claims on No pod queries and will be responsible for any outstanding trip sheets.

-Upkeep, cleaning, and prompt reporting to the dispatch supervisor of any issues with the vehicle
