Ensuring thorough examination and storage of parts received from both local and import suppliers in the warehouse. Responsible for picking dealer-ordered parts and ensuring adherence to all cutoff times.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification with proficiency in Maths and English.
• Forklift or any PMHV License.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assure proper receipt, labeling, and damage-free storage of all parts received (Local & Import), directing them to the drop zone for binning.
• Complete Airfreight, Backorder, and VOR processes within 4 hours.
• Plan for new parts received to support new models, including taking measurements and dimensions for optimal storage planning.
• Ensure that all checked parts from the Receiving area are binned and adhere to the FIFO principle; clear Airfreight, Backorder, and VOR within 4 hours.
• Release dealer orders according to the schedule for delivery trucks, ensuring on-time dispatch.
• Pick Rush/Stock orders as per scheduled times.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other specific tools.
• Conduct physical bin checks and part inspections, supporting a bin face accuracy of 98.5%.
• Adhere to the claims adjudication process and promptly process all dealer returns.
• Work a 1-shift pattern (07:30 – 16:00, 12:00 – 20:00).
• Participate in daily start-up meetings.
• Uphold the 5’s principle daily for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
