We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team! As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and inviting environment in our residences and office buildings. Your responsibilities will include performing various essential cleaning tasks to keep our spaces tidy and orderly. Your commitment to cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail will greatly enhance the experience of our guests and occupants.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning duties in and around residences and office buildings.
• Clean floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects from the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuum, empty trash, and replace liners.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Transport dirty linens to the appropriate area for cleaning and restock areas with clean linens.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure excellent service for guests.
• Perform additional duties as required.
