For their Weskus store, Dis-Chem Pharmacies need a cosmetic cashier to assist customer service at the point of sale and guarantee a top-notch shopping experience. Record customer transactions on the Dis-Chem operating system and make sure that Dis-Chem cosmetic and aesthetic items are effectively marketed by providing outstanding and reliable customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

-Grade 12 / Matric

-Experience with cashier/till operations of at least six months

-Computer literate – MS Office

-Good numerical abilities

-High level of proficiency in the English language

-Basic customer service

-Able and willing to work retail hours

Duties:

-Your top priority at the cosmetic check-out counter is the customers to facilitate smooth transactions.

-You must help with the merchandising of cosmetic products if there are no clients at the cosmetic checkout counters.

-Send manager any severe, unresolved customer concerns

-Serve clients and uphold a high degree of customer service and compassion.

-Establish a professional relationship with customers

-Implement and oversee Dis-Chem’s five-star communication guidelines

-Make sure a supervisor approves and signs off on any line voids and price changes.

-When permitted, accept returns from customers and exchange things for them.

-Make all purchases and handle all payments, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and other methods that Dis-Chem does not accept
