Minimum Requirements:
-Grade 12 qualification
-Enhancing tertiary education is beneficial
-Having worked as a call coordinator, dispatching technicians, and interacting with third parties nationwide
-Strong administrative skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel
-A willingness to work shifts, standby, and one weekend of two half-days per month. For these shifts, the employee will receive additional compensation.
Duties:
-Technician dispatching involves scheduling calls on a daily basis and updating technician schedules on Spark Manage.
-Manage the technician’s bootstock, ensure that the technician submits a bootstock report, and confirm that there is enough stock.
-Communication with more than three parties at once when setting up callouts
-Describing the callout’s specifics and the parts needed to the technician
-Meeting SLAs (signage, installs, removals, callouts, maintenance, and preventative maintenance)
-Obtaining stock as needed from workshops for technicians
-Prior to the technician leaving a site, approving site photos for signs calls and installs.
-Make contact with customers and arrange for specialists to repair the ATMs on-site.
