Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Operating cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately
• Scanning and bagging items for customers
• Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
• Restocking merchandise when necessary
• Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Providing support in various departments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification (Matric certificate)
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent numerical and cash handling abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer literacy
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
