Job Summary:
Capitec Bank is currently seeking dynamic and client-focused individuals to join its team as Customer Service Representatives – Banking Specialists. This opportunity is open to candidates with a Grade 12 diploma, displaying a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a keen interest in the banking sector.
Responsibilities:
Extends a warm and friendly welcome to customers upon their entry into the branch, fostering a welcoming environment.
Assists customers in navigating and utilizing various self-service options, including ATMs and online banking systems.
Provides guidance and support to customers during remote or self-service transactions to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Maintains an organized and efficient queue structure to facilitate prompt and effective customer service.
Addresses customer queries related to basic banking matters, such as account balances, transaction histories, and product information.
Educates customers about the features and advantages of Capitec Bank’s products and services.
Collaborates with the branch team to achieve collective branch goals and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Stays updated on Capitec Bank’s policies, practices, and product offerings to deliver accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act promptly.
Attention to detail and the capability to accurately complete tasks.
Basic computer literacy and experience using self-service banking options.
Flexibility to work weekends and during late hours as required for banking operations.
