About CCBSA:
CCBSA invites applications for our Sales Learnership program. We seek dynamic individuals to join us across different regions, gaining essential skills in sales, customer care, marketing, merchandising, and management.
Purpose:
This program aims to equip learners with practical skills in sales strategies, customer management, merchandising, and contributing to CCBSA’s growth in their designated area. Successful candidates will receive the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4.
Responsibilities:
-Learn commercial aspects of Sales
-Develop customer care and management skills
-Understand marketing and merchandising standards
-Gain insights into management and effective communication
Attributes and Competencies:
-Strong analytical and numerical abilities
-Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
-Assertive, persuasive, and adaptable
– Problem-solving and solutions-oriented
– Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
– High energy levels and drive for success
Qualifications:
– Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%)
– Proficiency in two South African languages (minimum 40%)
– Diploma/Degree in relevant field preferred
– Valid Driver’s License
– No previous completion of the same qualification/learnership elsewhere
Requirements:
– South African Citizen
– Employment Equity candidate
– Unemployed at appointment
– Age between 18-35 years
– Commitment to a 12-month learnership program
