Job Description:

The Aspiring Learner role is a developmental opportunity tailored for individuals concurrently pursuing a formal, registered qualification while acquiring practical work experience. Throughout the tenure, the individual in this role will execute predetermined work objectives, encompassing research, analysis, administration, process, and project tasks contributing to the business’s achievements. The incumbent is expected to fulfill all qualification requirements, with additional work-related training provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Delivery: Execute tasks aligned with predetermined work objectives, such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work.

Qualification Requirements: Meet all the criteria of the formal, registered qualification being pursued.

Work Experience: Acquire valuable work experience by applying theoretical learning to practical tasks.

Cost Efficiencies: Contribute to cost efficiencies within the business through optimized work practices.

Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by delivering work processes adhering to defined quality standards.

Learning Application: Apply learning experiences to optimize work processes and contribute to personal and professional development.

Customer Service: Deliver quality customer service in adherence to service standards.

Teamwork: Contribute collaboratively to teamwork within the business to achieve collective goals.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Successful completion of Grade 12 (High School Diploma) or its equivalent is mandatory.

Skills:

Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and applications.
