Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files, including updating and filing documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with general HR inquiries and provide timely and professional responses to employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role is a plus, but not required.
