Position: Learnership Program Participant

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate actively in all learning activities and training sessions provided during the learnership program.
2. Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance understanding of banking processes and customer service.
3. Develop and demonstrate effective communication skills in a professional environment.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office tools efficiently to support day-to-day tasks and projects.
5. Adhere to Absa Bank’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
