Job Title: Crew Member (Learnership)
Location: Various locations in South Africa
Job Description:
McDonald’s is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Crew Members as part of a Learnership programme. In this role, you will be integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensuring exceptional service. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn a National Certificate in Fast Food Services (NQF Level 3).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with orders
- Taking accurate food orders and ensuring timely preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications from Grade 9 to Grade 12
- Reside within a 15km radius of the job location
- Clear criminal record
Preferences (not mandatory but advantageous):
- Previous experience as a Crew Member
