Job Description:

Mr Price Retail Shops is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cellular Associates. As a Cellular Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in making informed decisions and sell cellphones within our retail stores. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers in the cellphone department.

-Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various cellphones to customers.

-Assist customers in selecting the right cellphone based on their needs and preferences.

-Demonstrate expertise in handling and operating cellphones to showcase their functionalities.

-Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cellphone industry to provide accurate information to customers.

-Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling cellphones.

-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests in a professional manner.

-Maintain a clean and organized display area for cellphones.

Requirements:

-Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent.

-Excellent knowledge of cellphones and their features.

-Strong selling abilities with a proven track record in sales.

-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

-Customer-focused approach and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

-Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales transactions.

-Ability to work well in a team.
