Job Description:

As a Security Guard at Sibanye Stillwater Mine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our mining operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. We are looking for 66 dedicated individuals to join our security team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of the premises.

-Control access to the mine site and verify the identity of individuals entering and exiting the facility.

-Respond to alarms and emergencies as necessary.

-Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual activities.

-Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.

-Assist with investigations when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Security Guard at Sibanye Stillwater Mine, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

-Possession of a valid PSIRA Grade C certificate.

-Grade 12 certificate (Matric) or equivalent.

-South African citizenship.

-Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive.

-Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
