Job Overview

Standard Bank is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in kick-starting their career in Insurance Business. This learnership programme, located in Gauteng at our Roodeport branch on Carnation Street, is designed to provide hands-on experience and valuable workplace skills in various aspects of the insurance industry.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed Matric with Math or Math Lit

Additional Requirements: South African Citizen, aged 18 to 30, not registered on any other learnership, not studying at any other institution

Job Description

As a learner in our Insurance Business segment, you will be mentored by our experienced Insurance Leads. During the programme, you will gain exposure to a wide range of insurance solutions, including but not limited to:

• Understanding the full value chain of Insurance Service
• Customer Service
• Project development
• Procurement processes
• Understanding operations
• Analyzing and processing information
• Understanding Customer Demands and providing appropriate solutions
