This programme offers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to learn vital skills, get exposed to the retail business, and get experience.

Program Overview:

Name: Youth Opportunity (YES)

Duration: 1 YEAR

Location: Different provinces

Responsibilities:

-Enroll in a complete training programme aimed at enhancing your leadership skills, personal growth, and retail industry expertise.

-Participate in hands-on, practical experiences in several TFG departments to learn about the duties and responsibilities of various departments.

-As you advance through the programme, work with seasoned professionals and mentors who are committed to your development and will offer advice and assistance.

-Engage in initiatives, programmes, and campaigns that are aimed at enhancing young people’s lives, boosting community involvement, and promoting a feeling of corporate social responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Minimum educational requirement: completion of Grade .

-For consideration, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.

-devoted to one’s own personal growth, the promotion of others into leadership positions, and the retail industry.

-strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem-solving ability.

-shown capacity to function well both alone and in a collaborative environment.

-people who are capable, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
