Role: Store Support (Driver)

The Store Support (Driver) role involves providing general assistance in our stores to ensure customers consistently receive an outstanding experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the appearance of spaces and products.
• Keep the customer area fully stocked, clean, and inviting.
• Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings.
• Maintain a neat and tidy storeroom.
• Assist in moving and preparing stock for the retail floor.
• Process customer payments at the Point of Sale and manage the cash desk when needed.
• Be available to work on weekends as required.

Required Experience

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in a similar customer-focused role.
• Valid South African driver’s license.
