The role is designed to provide efficient transport services in line with standard operating procedures and legislative requirements. Responsibilities include the safe and proper delivery and collection of goods, documentation, vehicles, and customers to specified destinations.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to showroom standards.
• Conduct vehicle quality control, identifying and reporting expired licenses, due services, and any other issues not meeting quality standards, including those from other locations or suppliers.
• Refuel vehicles and check tire pressure, oil, water, and other fluids.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and other branches following company procedures.
• Deliver and collect documentation from banks, suppliers, internal departments, and customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of premises.
• Uphold the company’s integrity by behaving ethically and safeguarding the business’s and customers’ assets and interests.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Branch Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Minimum Qualification

• Grade 12.

Minimum Requirement

• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fully bilingual, with effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to read a map.
