Duties:

-Explanation of format

-Letter, fax, submission, circular, agenda, and minute typing and editing

-The front desk and switchboard

– Facilitate appointments

-Meetings and appointments

-Set up agendas and minutes for meetings.

-All official incoming and outgoing mail is registered, handled, and received.
