This P27 role’s goal is to provide a superior shopping experience for customers through efficient transaction processing at till points, merchandising, housekeeping, and stock replenishment. Minimum Requirements:

-Grade 12 or equivalent

-Excellent talents in client service

-Fluent English communication abilities; knowledge of another language would be advantageous.

-Very motivated and goal-oriented

Duties:

-To ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience, offer exceptional customer service.

-Assist consumers in locating the items and products they are seeking

-Respond to consumer inquiries and grievances

-Process cash and card payments

-Reporting inconsistencies and issues to the manager

-Ensure product availability of the sales floor 

-Keep an eye out for shoplifters and fraudulent activity, and notify management of any unusual behavior.

-In all facets of your work, consistently uphold the Ackermans’ principles, standards, and procedures.
